Refund Policy

Cancellations by Guests

Requests cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future trip at our discretion.

No-Shows

No-shows or late arrivals that prevent a safe launch are not eligible for refunds. Please call as soon as possible if you are running late.

Company Cancellations and Weather

If we cancel due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances within our control, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain or cloudy conditions are not automatic grounds for cancellation.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance are typically approved, subject to availability. We may offer alternate times or dates when needed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
